I love the interface of this program. With clever use of fades and slides, the creators have made something that is an absolute pleasure to use. The basic editing tools aren't much compared to Photoshop's toolbox but with it's small footprint, Picasa can get you by in a fix and if your not happy to settle, then you can open photoshop or whatever editor you use while in Picasa.
The onine Picasa album is a cool feature too and if you're an eager photographer then you'll really enjoy being able to show the world your images.
Control over your photos, easily grouped within software, new images added on the fly
Worst:As an image viewer, there are none. As an editor, the tools are limited.
